In the past, dry hopping would be done by manually adding hops into the fermenter via an opening on top. The problem with doing it this way is that you risk contamination. To prevent this, we have designed our Hop Dosing System that can inject hops into your beer without the risk of contamination. No additional installation is required to use our Hop Dosing System as it can be connected to the fermenter via the pre-installed CIP port.
